I just picked up my 2015 Outback from having ball joint replacement, CVT transmission service, and front and rear differential flush. My vehicle runs like new and has over 171K on it. The technician Marc Buchtel did a wonderful job. Curt Seufert the Service Advisor has great customer service skills. I LOVE my Crosstrek! 2nd leasing with them. Salesperson, Janet B is professional and not pushy (like most salespeople), extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Process from start to finish was exceptionally painless. Service dept is awesome. (Only needed them for my maintainence package) Very informative and they take their time answering all of my questions. I recommend getting a Crosstrek to all my coworkers, and everyone, actually...(especially when they get stuck in the snow) and tell them to ask for Janet. I won't go anywhere else.

The Forester is the first vehicle I?ve loved. After doing a bit of research for about 4 years, seeing my sister and brother-in-law switch to Subaru and test driving (I only tried the Crosstrek and Forester) - it made it easier to tell Kirk at Gurley Leep what I was looking for. Since moving back to the area in 2017, I had leased a Ford Escape because I wasn?t convinced I would love it, and didn?t want to commit. I?m currently leasing the Forester, because I also wanted to make sure that I love it (and I DO!)...

The technicians checked my car for it's recall. In doing so , they also found that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I was surprised since I purchased the car in Jan. 2020 as a "certified Subaru" from another dealer. During that time I'd only put 2000 miles on my car. The technician took a picture of their "measuring gauge" beside the cars brake pads, showing they were well below what they should have been to be certified. I did not pursue the issue with the other dealer, but am taking my car from this point ...
I was in an accident, I was traumatized to say the least. I couldn’t and didn’t drive for months. I knew that Subaru was a safe car but I still could take the next step. Long story short, through a series of events, I ended up with the sweetest gentleman of a sales rep, he gently guided me through the process, and essentially gave me back my life. I searched Subaru website for dealers within 100 miles of my home. I communicated with four dealers, the model, color and my trade. I was really happy with the overall buying experience from Gurley Leep Subaru and am also happy to say its a continuing process. My salesman Ray Kirk was very attentive and easy to work with. Ray has checked in with me a few times since buying back in Dec and its been very helpful that he has done so. I did need to take my car in for a software update covered under warranty and the service staff was also wonderful to deal with.

I was charged $111 for three wiper blades. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no. I will not be returning. UPDATE I was contacted by management the next day. They assured me that the overcharge was an honest mistake. They not only reimbursed the cost of the entire service charge but also offered another free service.
